5 Point Sequence is a sonic installation where a combination of forms and construction techniques are combined and put into physical tension. Through these tensions, contact microphone recordings are used to build a sonic equivalent, the structure in two communications. Alongside the sculptural installation a directional speaker space plays the corresponding tensions as the viewer passes them. In addition a vinyl record will be released in October, the A-side with recordings of the objects tensive extremes and the B-side with collected harmonics between the varying materials. Designed and produced as Graduation Project from the Masters program, Contextual Design in the Design Academy Eindhoven 2021.
